Do you offer fully remote positions?
Envoy Global embraces a hybrid work model. While we require some employees in the Chicago area to be on site, most of our employees have the flexibility to work remotely from home.

What is the hiring process like?
Embark on a three-stage journey with us for a comprehensive virtual experience of Envoy Global’s vibrant culture! The process starts with a recruiter interview to understand your motivations, followed by a role-specific assessment with the Hiring Manager and culminates with getting to know the team.

Performance-based compensation
We prioritize creating an environment where motivation and results are at the forefront by leading with a performance-based compensation model. Integrating the practice of recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance not only encourages continuous improvement, but also enhances job satisfaction and employee engagement.
Sabbatical
Employees who have worked at Envoy Global for seven years are eligible for a month of fully paid time off, in addition to their regular PTO. This sabbatical must be taken for the full month within two years of becoming eligible. Every seven years, employees receives an additional month.
Parental Leave
Parental Leave is available to employees in good standing with 9 months of service in connection with the birth or adoption of children (excluding the adoption of stepchildren). Primary caregivers are eligible for 12 weeks of salary continuance and secondary caregivers are eligible for 4 weeks of salary continuance. Mental Health Benefits
