Ireland: Travel Guidelines for Yellow Paper Holders

Overview  

The government of Ireland updated its guidance for beneficiaries of temporary protections for those seeking to travel abroad. As a result, foreign nationals holding a valid Temporary Protection Certificate (“yellow paper”) will not be required to apply for a new certificate when exiting or entering the country. However, the government stated that visa-required nationals will still be required to obtain a visa prior to entry.

The government of Ireland updated its travel guidance for holders of yellow papers. According to the government, these measures aim to clarify travel permissions for foreign nationals with permissions under the Temporary Protection Directive.
