Saudi Arabia: Launch of a New Visitor Investor Visa

Overview  

The government of Saudi Arabia launched a new business visitor visa type, known as the visitor investor visa, for foreign national investors. The visa will be issued in an electronic (eVisa) format through the unified national platform for visas and will be valid for a maximum period of six months.  

What are the Changes? 

The government of Saudi Arabia introduced an investor visa type for certain foreign nationals.  The visa aims to increase foreign investment in the country and attract more foreign national workers.
