Overview
The government of the Netherlands will remove the requirement for certain Intra-Corporate Transferee (ICT) permit holders to undergo a cooling-off period before applying for a new permit. Eligible applicants include ICT holders who were transferred to the Netherlands for a period less than that of the original ICT permit’s intended expiration date.
What are the Changes?
The government of the Netherlands will adjust its ICT permit conditions on 1 July 2023. Previously, these individuals were required to undergo a six-month waiting period before applying for a new permit.
