State Department Releases October 2023 Visa Bulletin

Overview 

The State Department has released the  October 2023 Visa Bulletin.  USCIS will use the Dates for Filing chart for employment-based categories. The updates below reflect information for employment-based categories. 

What are the Changes?           

In October 2023, there are minimal changes from the September 2023 Visa Bulletin.

EB-1

China will advance two months to Aug. 1, 2022. India will retrogress by two years and 11 months to July 1, 2019.

EB-2

China will advance two months and 24 days to Jan. 1, 2020. India will move ahead by 14 days to May 15, 2012. All other countries will advance by one month.

EB-3

China will advance 10 months to Feb. 1, 2023. India will not change. All other countries will retrogress by three months.
