France: Olympic Consulate Visa

  • France will issue a select number of visas electronically to foreign nationals traveling to the country for the Olympics in 2024  

Overview  

The French government intends to issue an estimated 70,000 visas for certain foreign nationals traveling to the country for the Olympics and Paralympics in 2024. Applications opened on 1 January 2024, through the French online Visas portal. The government intends to issue visas, known as the ‘Olympic Consulate’ to athletes, journalists and other delegations attending the event.
