Japan Extends Startup Visa Validity

Overview  

Japan will extend the validity period of its startup visa beginning 1 April 2025. As a result, visa holders can now stay for up to two years rather than the previous limit of six months. This change aims to provide more time and flexibility for entrepreneurs to establish and grow their businesses in Japan.
