Denmark Announces New System for Digital Applications
Key Points
- Denmark is transitioning to a new IT system for digital applications and invitations
Denmark’s New Digital Application System
The Danish Immigration Service and the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) are transitioning all digital application and invitation forms to a new IT system on newtodenmark.dk. This switch will occur gradually over the next three to four months, with forms being moved one by one.
Applicants starting a new application or visa invitation should follow the instructions on the relevant application page on newtodenmark.dk. Those who have already begun filling out forms in the old system can continue to do so for a limited time. The new digital forms will look different and function slightly differently, but users can log in and view their submitted applications or invitations for up to 30 days after submission.
