Czech Republic: Changes to Posted Worker Notification Process

Overview of the Posted Worker Notification Process  

The Czech Republic announced changes to its posted worker notification system that will take effect on 1 July 2024. These changes include the following:  

  • Posted worker notifications must be submitted needed to be submitted to the local Labor office.  
  • Notifications must be submitted online beginning 1 July 2024.  
  • Employment contracts issued in foreign countries must ensure that all documents are translated into Czech and uploaded with the posted worker notification.
