The government of Denmark introduced new application forms for European Union (EU) citizens and dependent family members. The application form will vary based on the primary applicant’s employment type.  

For example, applicants applying for EU residence as a citizen of a different country within the EU or European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland must use the OD1A application form. Check here for additional information on the appropriate application form based on residency and employment type.
