Updates to Schengen Visa Fees
The European Union (EU) will increase Schengen visa fees beginning 11 June 2024. These fee changes will include the following rates:
- Adults: EUR 80 to 90
- Children aged six to 11: EUR 40 to 45
All visa applications lodged worldwide on or after this date will be subject to the new visa fee. According to the announcement, the increase is based on the EU-wide inflation rate and salary developments for national civil servants over the past three years.
