France: Expansion of Visa Service Offices in Africa

  • In September 2023, France expanded its visa services offices, under VFS Global to an additional four countries in Africa 

Overview  

The government of France’s visa application service, VFS Global, introduced additional French visa centers across West and East Africa at the beginning of September 2023. As a result, visa applicants in Africa will have access to centers in the following countries: 

  • Paria, Cape Verde; 
  • Accra, Ghana; 
  • Kigali, Rwanda; and  
  • Monrovia, Liberia. 

All applicants intending to attend appointments at these centers must complete their applications online before booking an appointment.  

What are the Changes?  

In September 2023, the government of France expanded its visa services offices, under VFS Global to an additional four African countries.
