France: Simplified Procedures for Posted Worker Employers
Key Points
- France simplified procedural steps for employers of posted workers through its online service portal (SIPSI)
Overview
The government of France simplified procedural steps for employers of posted workers through its online service portal (SIPSI). As a result, the following changes will be implemented:
- Employers can now submit posted worker notifications through SIPSI;
- Employers will no longer be required to provide details, such as contract signature dates, work hours and reimbursement information during the application process;
- Most documents can now be uploaded and saved in a digital format rather than as physical documents that are required at worksites.
What are the Changes?
The government of France updated its posted worker requirements through SIPSI. These changes aim to streamline the notification process while other obligations for posted workers in France remain unchanged.
