Greece: New Minimum Wage Requirements

  • Greece introduced new minimum wage requirements on 1 April 2024 to better align salaries across the country  

New Minimum Salary Requirements 

The government of Greece increased its minimum wage on 1 April 2024. As a result, the minimum daily wage will increase to EUR 37.07 and EUR 830 yearly. According to the government, this wage increase aims to reduce wage discrimination by age.
