Hong Kong: Visa-Free Travel with Albania and Uganda

  • Hong Kong launched visa-free travel for up to 90 days with Albania and Uganda   

Overview  

The authorities of Hong Kong introduced visa-free entry periods for passport holders from Albania and Uganda. As a result, passport holders of Hong Kong and holders of Albanian passports or Ugandan passports will be permitted a 90-day visa-free entry. 

What are the Changes?  

The authorities of Hong Kong expanded the country’s visa-free travel schemes with Albania and Uganda on 20 October 2023. According to the government announcement, these measures marked increased diplomatic relations.
