Overview
The government of Ireland will permit certain foreign national students who have enrolled and paid for a higher education program on the Interim List of Eligible Providers that will commence before the end of October 2023 to obtain temporary short-term stay permissions while waiting for a renewed Stamp 2 visa.

What are the Changes?
The government of Ireland will allow certain students to obtain short-term stay authorization so long as proof of an application for Stamp 2 permissions and enrollment in a higher education course can be provided.
