Israel: Prevailing Wage Increases for 2025

  • Israel will increase its prevailing wage requirements for foreign national employees beginning 1 April 2025  

Minimum Prevailing Wage for Foreign Experts in Israel Increased 

Starting 1 April 2025, the minimum monthly salary in Israel will increase to 6,248 NIS gross per month, a 6% rise. Foreign nationals with Short Employment Authorization (SEA), Short-Term Employment Authorization Program (STEP), 2(a)(5) asylum and protection seekers, and general B-1 visa holders must receive the revised minimum salary.
