Israel: Updated Procedures for the Construction Industry

  • Israel introduced changes for industrial companies looking to hire foreign national  

Overview  

The Israeli government introduced changes for industrial companies in terms of the recruitment of foreign national workers. Effective immediately, companies with prior approval to recruit semi-professional, skilled or unskilled foreign nationals will be permitted to recruit from the following countries:  

  • Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, India, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Lativa, Moldova and Romania.
