Malaysia: Enhancements to the Work Permit Platform

Key Points

  • Malaysia will enhance the new work permit platform in phases over the next two to three years

Overview

The government of Malaysia will enhance the new WP eService in phases over the next two to three years.

During this period, users may need to access both the myMOM Portal (for the new WP eService) and WP Online to complete Work Permit transactions. After completing a transaction in the new WP eService, users are encouraged to provide feedback or a rating through the “Help us improve” button to help guide future enhancements and better meet their needs.
