Poland: Suspension of the Business Harbour Programme

  • Poland suspended the Business Harbour Programme on 26 January 2024 until further notice  

Overview 

The government of Poland suspended the Business Harbour Programme until further notice. The Programme will remain closed until proper verification of beneficiary companies and foreign nationals can be guaranteed.  

The Programme was created in 2020 to encourage IT professionals and companies to establish themselves in Poland.  

The government will continue to allow IT specialists to apply under regular work visa pathways in Poland. In addition, the government aims to streamline visa procedures for individuals in certain high-demand business sectors in Poland.
