What are the Changes?
The government of Romania expanded eligibility for designated contact persons for foreign nationals working as Posted Workers in the country. Previously, the designated contact person was required to be a legal representative or another posted worker. According to the government, these measures will at align Romanian policy with the greater European Union policy on posted workers.
