Overview
The Russian government will require all employers to report second-quarter salary amounts for Highly Qualified Specialists (HQS) by 31 July 2023.
Notifications must be shared with the Ministry of Internal Affairs in person or via post delivery within 30 days of each quarter’s end. The reported salary must be at least RUB 167,000 per month or RUB 501,000 per quarter.
