Saudi Arabia: New Saudization Levels for Consulting Service Professions

Saudization Policy Level Updates  

The government of Saudi Arabia introduced new Saudization policy levels for foreign nationals employed in consulting service professions. As a result, employers must ensure that 40% of their workforce consists of Saudi nationals. According to the announcement, the roles included in the quota include financial consulting, engineering and architectural consulting, health consulting, and senior management consulting.
