Singapore: Additional Point Allocations under the COMPASS

  • Singapore published additional points criteria for foreign nationals applying for an EP under the COMPASS route beginning 1 September 2023   

Overview  

The government of Singapore introduced additional information for the Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS), which will go into effect on 1 September 2023.  

The information includes insights and details on obtaining additional bonus points for applicants planning to apply for an employment pass (EP). For additional information on the new criteria, check here. 

The government will also introduce a Shortage Occupation List (SOL) for 27 occupations in six industries, with eligible candidates receiving 20 bonus points.
