State Department Releases July 2023 Visa Bulletin

Overview
The State Department has released the July 2023 Visa Bulletin. USCIS will use the Final Action Dates chart for employment-based categories. The updates below reflect information for employment-based categories.
What are the Changes?
In July 2023, there are no changes from the June 2023 Visa Bulletin in most categories but significant retrogression for EB-3 India and a modest retrogression in the EB-3 category for all other countries except China.
EB-1
All countries will remain unchanged from the June 2023 Visa Bulletin.
EB-2
All countries will remain unchanged from the June 2023 Visa Bulletin.
EB-3
India will undergo significant retrogression from June 15, 2012, in the June 2023 bulletin to Jan. 1, 2009 in the July 2023 bulletin. EB-3 for “All Others,” Mexico, and the Philippines will retrogress by four months, from June 01, 2022, in the June 2023 bulletin to Feb. 01, 2022 in the July 2023 bulletin.
