The United Kingdom (UK) government introduced its Spring Budget 2024, which emphasized a need to simplify and expand the country’s business visitor visa pathway. These changes include expanding and clarifying the activities that can be undertaken within an intra-corporate setting.  

The government also plans to expand the number of Youth Mobility Schemes (YMS) in order to attract talent to the country. This will include adding 9,100 places through new and expanded agreements with Japan and South Korea.
