The government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) introduced changes in the Emiratization targets for companies in the private sector with 50 or more employees. Companies must now increase skilled job Emiratization by 1% every six months to reach the 2% target by the end of the year. 

What are the Changes? 

The government of the UAE introduced new Emiratization targets for private sector companies with 50 or more employees, requiring a 1% increase in skilled job Emiratization every six months to reach the 2% target by year-end. According to the government, these measures aim to maintain employment and retention rates of Emiratis in the private sector.
