Zimbabwe: eVisa Program Reinstated
Key Points
- Zimbabwe reinstated its eVisa program for nationals of 118 countries
Overview
The government of Zimbabwe reintroduced its eVisa program for 118 visa nationals, including European and North American travelers, for business and tourism. Eligible applicants can apply and pay for an eVisa online at least 72 hours before traveling.
Once approved, the eVisa will be emailed, and a copy must be presented upon arrival for an entry stamp. Single-entry visas allow stays up to one month, double-entry for three months and multiple-entry for six months.
Business travelers need an invitation letter and company documents, while tourists must show proof of hotel bookings and a confirmed travel itinerary. Originally launched in 2018, this system faced issues and was not fully implemented until now.
