Aaron Flynn
Director of Immigration, Ireland
Aaron Flynn is the Director of Immigration, Ireland at Envoy Global. In this role, Aaron manages the company’s Ireland legal team and account portfolios, as well as provides clients with comprehensive policy consultations, case strategies and compliance advice for Irish immigration. He works with clients in several industries including technology, engineering, emerging technology sectors, professional services, pharmaceuticals and more.
Aaron has over 20 years of legal experience, specializing in immigration law for more than 15 of said years. He has advised government departments, including the Grada National Immigration Bureau (GNIB). In 2015, he joined a boutique global immigration law firm in London, leading their Irish practice. Aaron worked with a ‘Big 4’ consultancy firm after their acquisition of his previous firm’s non-US offices. In 2019, with client encouragement, he established his own boutique firm to focus on immigration law and provide friendly, straightforward assistance in navigating complex matters.
Aaron holds a B.A. in Legal and Business Studies from the Southeast Technological University and an advanced degree in Computers and Laws from the Queen’s University of Belfast. Additionally, Aaron is admitted as a Solicitor in Ireland, England, and Wales, has published an article with Financier Worldwide and holds several other legal professional certifications.
